History
Overlook Medical Park opened May 2004. The seven million dollar, 83,000 square foot facility houses fifty-two healthcare providers representing fifteen areas of specialty.
Overlook Medical Park is the result of a team effort led by Tom Buchanan, Administrator of Derry Medical Center and representatives from many businesses, including: John Hogan, Principal Architect for Berard Martel Architects; Sovereign Bank; Sublime Civil Consultants; Professional Interiors, Inc.; Kelly Construction, Inc.; Kelley Mechanical, Inc.; Longchamps Electric; Granite State Glass; and Precision Steel.
In addition to a spacious and inviting two-story atrium, the state-of-the-art building includes automatic doors for easy patient access, and a centrally located, easy drive-up and drop-off area. Besides the large number of primary care physicians and specialties, Overlook Medical Park is also home to a wide array of medical services.
